2. Wholesale Account Requirements

• You must be a registered business to apply for a wholesale account
• Valid resale certificate or tax ID may be required
• Accounts are subject to approval at our discretion
• You agree to provide accurate and complete business information

3. Ordering and Payment

• Minimum order quantity is 24 garments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms are based on account approval
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on order size and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us for return authorization before shipping any items back.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this platform are owned by Aileci Apparel or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aileci Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
